YALA, Thailand – On Thursday morning, May 15, 2025, the Amirul Mu’mineen Foundation, in collaboration with CP Axtra, the Wannee Jiaravanon Ross Foundation, and other partners, distributed school uniforms, bags, and shoes to over 100 orphaned children in Thailand’s three southern border provinces. The event, part of the 2025 Annual School Uniform Donation Program, took place at the Amirul Mu’mineen Foundation’s headquarters.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Nat Longdevar, President of the Amirul Mu’mineen Foundation, Ms. Saengduan Kanjanasadung, Manager of Lotus Yala Branch, religious leaders, and representatives from educational institutions. The initiative aimed to ease the financial burden on families of orphaned children, providing essential school supplies to support their education.
Dr. Nat expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to the community, stating, “It is an honor and a joy to help alleviate the expenses of these families. CP Axtra and the Wannee Jiaravanon Ross Foundation have consistently supported those who have lost loved ones—the pillars of their families. These children often lack access to basic resources, and it takes collective efforts from various sectors to ensure they receive the support they need.”
A student representative shared their appreciation, saying, “We are truly happy and thankful to CP Axtra and the Amirul Mu’mineen Foundation for providing us with school uniforms, bags, and shoes.”
CP Axtra reaffirmed its commitment to community welfare, stating its role as an organization dedicated to “standing by Thai society.” The company continues to promote sustainable initiatives, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3), which focuses on ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all.
