Woman Dies in Mysterious Fall from Luxury Pattaya Condo

PATTAYA, Thailand – A young woman, believed to be Thai, tragically died after falling from a high-rise luxury condominium in the Jomtien-Pattaya area on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at approximately 7:30 AM. The incident occurred at a 59-story building located on Jomtien 2 Road.

Police Lieutenant Niwat Pengkaen, an investigator from the Pattaya City Police Station, received a report of the fatal fall and promptly informed his superiors. A response team, including Police Colonel Anek Sarathongyoo, Superintendent of Pattaya City Police, Police Lieutenant Colonel Arut Saphanont, Deputy Superintendent of Investigations, forensic officers from Chonburi’s Crime Scene Investigation Unit, medical personnel, The Pattaya News, and rescuers from the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation, rushed to the scene.
The woman’s body was found on the ground floor near a garden area beside the condominium. She was estimated to be 30-40 years old, wearing a long-sleeved green shirt and blue panties. Her body showed severe injuries consistent with a high-impact fall, including multiple broken bones, and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Her nationality has not yet been confirmed but she is believed to be Thai and is of Asian descent.

Preliminary investigations suggest the woman may have fallen from the 14th floor, as a window there was found open. However, police have not determined the exact floor from which she fell or the cause of the incident. Forensic teams, investigators, and medical personnel are conducting a thorough examination of the scene to gather evidence and establish the circumstances of her death.
Authorities are continuing their investigation to uncover the cause of this tragic incident, with no conclusions yet reached. Further details are expected as the inquiry progresses.
